There are several different types of crepe paper you can use. Crepe paper is classified by weight, typically in grams, The higher the number, the larger and heavier the paper and more prominent the texture. Lower numbers signify a finer texture and lighter weight. Double sided crepe is simply two pieces of crepe paper adhered together. This can be nice to get a subtle difference in color shading without using another medium to color the paper as typically one side is a different color than the other.
